The welding spot size can be adjusted at will during the welding process; the heat-affected zone is small; the solder joints are fine and beautiful without excessive post-welding treatment; precise positioning, and the surrounding inlaid jewelry will not be damaged during the welding process.

Jewelry laser spot welding machine is a water-cooled integrated laser welding system developed by Dayue Laser for the needs of the jewelry industry. The system is mainly composed of laser, power supply, control system, chiller, light guide and focusing, and binocular stereo microscope observation. It has a compact structure and small size. The microscopic coordinate indication coaxial with the laser beam makes it easy to locate the workpiece without special fixtures. The laser power, pulse frequency, and pulse width can be preset and changed through the control panel. With filter protection, it protects the operator’s eyes from being damaged by the laser, relieves the operator’s glasses fatigue, and improves work efficiency. A high-definition CCD monitoring system can be installed as required.

4. The ceramic laser cavity and R&D products of well-known international manufacturers ensure the high reliability and performance of the equipment. It has the ability to work continuously for 24 hours, the performance of the whole machine is stable, and maintenance-free within 10,000 hours.
5. The unique YAG crystal cooling method improves the beam quality and the life of the xenon lamp, and reduces the use cost.
6. Energy, pulse width, frequency, spot size, etc. can be adjusted in a larger range to achieve a variety of welding effects. The parameters are adjusted by the control rod in the enclosed cavity, which is simple and efficient.
